- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
- Secure pets and remove hazards prior to service
- Be available for approvals when needed
Delays caused by lack of access or communication may impact service timelines.
6. Workmanship & Warranty
- We strive to provide high-quality workmanship on all services.
- Warranty details (if applicable) will be provided at the time of service.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work.
7. Limitation of Liability
I Am Your Plumber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

All services are provided at your own risk.
